Fineness Analysis of Base Pulp in Fruit Wine Production Lines
The core purpose of coarse filtration in fruit wine production lines is to remove large dispersed particles and suspended impurities from fruit and vegetable juices. Except for the pulping method, fruit and vegetable juices obtained through other juice extraction methods often contain a large amount of suspended particles such as pulp fibers, fruit peels, and fruit pits. These impurities directly affect the product’s clarity (appearance) and flavor purity, so they must be removed promptly.
In fruit and vegetable juice processing, the coarse filtration process is also applicable to the production of fruit and vegetable purees and pulp-containing beverages (e.g., strawberry fruit wine base, mango juice, peach juice, hawthorn juice). Among these applications, the fineness of fruit and vegetable purees can be precisely controlled by selecting pulper screens with different pore sizes.
