The tank volume ranges from 100L to 15000L, which can be flexibly selected based on actual storage needs. If the required storage capacity is 20000L or above, outdoor installation is recommended to optimize space utilization and adapt to large-capacity application scenarios.
In terms of material, the main body of the tank is made of SUS316L or 304-2B stainless steel, which features excellent corrosion resistance and structural stability, and can meet the storage needs of various media. Meanwhile, the tank has good thermal insulation performance, which can effectively maintain the stable temperature of the internal media and reduce energy consumption loss.
In terms of configuration, the tank is equipped with a full set of practical devices as standard, including: inlet/outlet ports (to meet material transfer needs), manholes (facilitating internal maintenance and cleaning), thermometers (for real-time monitoring of media temperature), liquid level indicators (for intuitive grasp of storage volume), high and low liquid level alarms (to prevent the risk of material overflow or empty tank), fly and dust-proof breathing ports (to balance internal and external air pressure and ensure cleanliness), aseptic sampling ports (to ensure sampling hygiene), flow meters (for precise control of material dosage), and CIP cleaning spray heads (to achieve automatic cleaning and improve operational efficiency).
