1、The omni-directional wall-scraping agitation adopts frequency-conversion speed regulation, enabling the production of high-quality products with different processes according to customer requirements.
2、Equipped with diversified high-speed homogenizers, it can powerfully mix solid and liquid raw materials. In liquid detergent production, it can quickly dissolve poorly soluble materials such as AES, AESA, and LSA, saving energy consumption and greatly shortening the production cycle.
3、The tank body is composed of three layers of imported stainless steel plates welded together. The tank body and pipelines undergo mirror polishing, fully complying with GMP requirements.
4、According to process requirements, the tank can heat and cool materials; the main heating methods include steam heating and electric heating. Discharging is convenient: it supports direct discharging, and can also be equipped with a transfer pump for discharging.
